Who We Are
My name is Rajesh Nair (everyone calls me Raj) and I am the founder of The Business Collective and the creator of The High Performing Business Roadmap.
The Business Collective is a an investment holding and venture creation company based in Singapore that specializes in building High Performing Businesses.
The High Performing Business Roadmap is our proprietary step by step process that all our portfolio businesses use as a blueprint for all aspects of their businesses. I created this Roadmap because I found that all of our portfolio companies struggled with the same overriding issues and went through the same process to get to their individual objectives. It turns out that there is a roadmap to building a high performing business and so I wrote it down and kept refining it and plugging the gaps. Today the Roadmap is recognized as being the most comprehensive business building system available online.
